Membership Information

In our busy lives it can be the smallest of details that are often not shared with the church. As changes occur, whether you have moved, changed phone numbers, have a new email address, or have recently married or been widowed, the church would like to keep your records up-to-date. The church asks that ALL members update their records so accurate information has been recorded.

It is important that your personal information be kept up to date with the church office. If any of your information (address, phone, or email) has changed, please fill out this form.
