Daniel Coll has recently joined BSUMC as fitness program director. He is a personal trainer who coaches individuals from beginner to advanced, helping them meet their personal training and nutritional goals. Are you looking to lose weight, improve your flexibility, agility, speed, strength, and tone your body, or would you  just like to feel and look better? If you said “yes” to any of these points, then you should set up an appointment with Daniel.

Daniel has been actively training himself and others for over 25 years. His interest in health and nutrition led him to seek a degree in Sports Therapy from Jacksonville University. He is nationally certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer and a certified fitness nutrition specialist.

Sessions are for any level of fitness experience including those with disabilities.
Sport Specific Workouts are available for Personal Training or Group Classes upon request.
Personal Training can include Weight Room Strength Training, Indoor Track with Full Body Circuit, or a mixture of both.
